Subscription Plans

Scriptify Inc. DBA Rehers.AI provides subscription packages, which are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app, under user settings, or by contacting support@rehers.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access to your plan until then, and you will not be charged again.

Fees and Refunds

All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused practice credits, downgrades, or cancellation partway through a billing period, whether your plan is monthly or annual. Practice credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Content and Intellectual Property

The Scriptify Inc. DBA Rehers.AI app and website, encompassing all software, features, and user interface, are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any scripts generated by businesses using the Scriptify Inc. DBA Rehers.AI platform remain the exclusive property of the business, and Scriptify Inc. DBA Rehers.AI does not claim any ownership or rights to those scripts. The business is accountable for acquiring any required permissions or licenses for the content employed in their scripts. You may not exploit any content or functionality from the app or website for any commercial purpose without our explicit written approval.

Data Privacy and User Interactions

Scriptify Inc. DBA Rehers.AI does not use your data to train AI models or share it with other users. Furthermore, we do not record user interactions within our platform. Any scripts or content you create within our system belong solely to you, and we do not use them for any purpose beyond providing you with our service. Your privacy and data ownership are paramount to us, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Warranty Disclaimer

Scriptify Inc. DBA Rehers.AI is offered on an "as is" and "as accessible" basis. We make no assurances or warranties of any nature, expressed or implied, concerning the operation of the app or website, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app or website. We will not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from the usage of the app or website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You consent to indemnify and protect Scriptify Inc. DBA Rehers.AI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the app or website, your breach of these Terms of Service, or your infringement of any rights of another.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We hold the right to modify these Terms of Service occasionally. If we make changes, we will supply notice through the app or on our website, and the adjustments will be effective immediately upon posting. Your ongoing usage of the app or website after the posting of changes to these Terms of Service signifies your approval of those changes.
