Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Scriptify Inc. DBA Rehers.AI subscription at any time from within the app, under user settings, or by contacting our support team at support@rehers.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access to your plan until then, and you will not be charged again.

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• partial billing periods or cancellation mid-period
• unused time on a monthly or annual plan
• unused practice credits or hours
• plan downgrades
• periods where the plan was not used

Practice credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.
